I have Creative Soundblaster Live! running under Windows 98. I like the Creative Playcenter interface, but I cannot launch to it from the Sony splash.
I have edited the defaults in the file types (under folder options) to point to CTplay. Nevertheless the Windows player launches but will not play and the Creative player will not recognize your disk. Of course I can play Alice in Chains on my regular stereo in the livingroom, but then the neighbors bang on the walls.
If possible I would like to insert the disk in the computer, autolaunch Creative Playcenter and hear music without touching keyboard or mouse. What to do?
