I can suggest that once the blue window appears
with "start title" button you quit out of it.
Use windows explorer found under programs after you press start on the taskbar. Use that to view the contents of the disc. Look for offspr.exe and click on that. That should start the multimedia portion. If that doesn't work you can still see the videos located in the media directory if you have quicktime installed. Make sure you reboot the computer if you recieve a fatal exception.
