I Need Help

I want to see the CDEXTRA on my Offspring Americana but every time I click "start title" an ERROR message appears. I have Windows 98 and this is what the ERROR message says:
WINDOWS
A Fatal exception 0E has occurred at 015F:BFF9DBA7

WHAT SHOULD I DO?
